Quotes

How much does a quote cost?

– Quotes are 100% free, every time.

Is my quote the final price I'll be paying?

– Almost always, yes. If you request a change to the job or the quote expires, a change in the bottom line price may be necessary. However, there will never be any hidden costs or surprise items on the final invoice.

How long do I have before my quote expires?

– 30 days from the date of issue.

My Project

I've accepted your quote and signed the contract, when can you start the project?

– There are a number of factors that influence when a project can be started. Weather, surveying and other contractors such as landscapers doing work on the property are potential causes of delay. The simple answer is that we will begin at the earliest possible time, and work around the clock to finish in a timely fashion.

Do you apply for permits?

– No, permit applications are the responsibility of the customer. We operate under the assumption that the appropriate permits have been acquired, and are not responsible for penalties incurred if this is not the case.

I'm not happy with the completed project. What can you do to fix the issue?

– Any issues that are a result of poor installation or oversight on our part will be remedied immediately and at no cost to you. Dissatisfaction with a fence/deck etc. that is built according to the accepted design as described in the contract can be altered pending the acceptance of a new contract.

I'm happy with the project, but my property was damaged during the installation.

– We are fully insured for this unlikely event, and will repair or replace any items damaged by our company.

Billings & Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

– We accept cash, cheque or etransfer.

When is payment due?

– Payment is due at the time specified on the final invoice. Typically this is upon receipt.
